I would like to inset pictures into the wiki. I would like to try this because parents Like to look at the photos of their children in the classroom, and this is a good avenue to do it....

Using the wiki to show of student portfolio, as well as have children that are "highly motivated" working on collaboration together
(2) Tell us something that you would like to try that the teacher is doing with the wiki and why you want to try it.
There is a virtual Zoo tour on this wiki.. I love this and would want to use it to allow children to see different "field trips" without ever leaving the classroom setting

This wiki focuses all on one book, it is a book report of sorts, all of the children created different pages within the wiki, they made the summary, and characters and the quiz...its no a closed wiki, so nothing more is added, but still is a nice piece
(2) Tell us something that you would like to try that the teacher is doing with the wiki and why you want to try it.
I think this idea is wonderful for children that could work to respond and create a page devoted to a piece of reading, book reports are so so so over done, but this wiki is a fun way for kids to show what they have read and make reflections on it!!!
